Solar Thermal Systems Service in Sheffield

Solar Hot Water Systems convert light into heat, which in turn provides central heating and creates hot water for your home whilst at the same time helping to reduce carbon emissions and reduce global warming. The process is simple and effective and entirely renewable - something which has to be good for both the environment and future generations.

How a solar hot water system works

The solar panels collect energy from the sun which heats fluid contained within the solar panels. When this fluid is hot enough, the pump circulates the hot fluid around the system. The fluid is pumped around the coil at the bottom of your hot water cylinder which in turn heats the water contained within.

At Homeco Energy, we only install the most efficient, Microgeneration Approved (MCS) solar panels that over the course of the year can help you to save energy and money against your existing energy bills.

New research from the Energy Saving Trust showed that a home with 'green credentials' would be easier to sell and that over half of all householders would be willing to pay more for a house which has renewable energy systems installed.

Homeco Energy is an MCS, government accredited design and installer of Thermal Solar Hot Water systems, and as a result can help their customers apply for a government grant of up to £400 towards the cost of the installation.

A solar thermal system is genuine, cost effective way of helping to reduce your energy bills and your carbon footprint in this fossil fuel age.
